Below you will find information about our entrance fees, online tickets and opening hours.
Entrance fee
Due to the ever-changing situation, we currently only sell tickets for June and July. Private tickets for Thursdays can be ordered here, our normal tickets for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays here.

Purchasing e-Tickets
As of July 1st 2019, visitors of the museum and café can no longer use cash money as payment. We kindly ask you to pay with bankcard (or an I Amsterdam City Card). You can order your tickets easily and conveniently online, paying with your credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer. You will receive your tickets by email.
Opening hours
Museum Tot Zover
- Open Tuesday through Sunday 11:00 - 16:00.
- On December 26th and 31st the museum is open 11 - 15 hours.
- Closed on: Mondays, December 25th, January 1st and Kingsday (April 27th).
Café Roosenburgh
- Open Tuesday through Sunday 11:00 - 16:00.
- On 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January the café is open 11:00 - 15:00.
- Closed on Kingsday (27 april).
De Nieuwe Ooster Memorial Park
- Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00.
- Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 17:00.
Free English-language information leaflet
The permanent collection of Museum Tot Zover comprises unique historical and art-historical exhibits ranging from late medieval period to the 21st Century. This collection offers an insight into the traditional funerary culture of the Netherlands and the multicultural ways of saying goodbye in contemporary Dutch society. A free english language information leaflet is available. Ask the museum warden.
Current art exhibitions are also provided with translated texts.
